Ambitiously Him & Her King Foundation Mission is to provide Young Parents with the appropriate skills to live positive, productive, and contributing lives. Through our six Free courses, Young Parents will learn just that. These courses will not only help with parenting education but with life as a Young Parent in general.
Who We Are?
We are responsible for advising the Head of Instruction and Course Instructors on the organization and presentation of all training modules to be presented at each training or assignment with each Young Parent.
Ms. Shun Patterson Mental Health Self-Care
Shundretta Patterson is a certified professional co-active life coach specializing in coaching youth & adults through transition and into balanced, healthy, purposeful lives of their choosing. Shundretta is personally experienced with moving through many of the same life transitions facing her clients. She is passionate about helping Young Parents create their true happy lives, grounded in the naturally creative, and resourceful.
She earned her BA of Arts Psychology from University of Mobile in 2005 & been working in this field since 2004.
Shun has vowed to be one of Ambitiously Him Her- King Foundation Volunteer Curriculum Advisors. She teaches Mental Health/Self-Care through our Google Classroom Curriculum for 2022-2023.
Shun feels when it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact on your life journey. She's willing to help teach Young Parents the benefits of Mental Health Self-Care, along with coping strategies and more.
Ms. Trina Smith Reading
Trinitius Smith, is proud to be one of Ambitiously Him Her- King Foundation Curriculum Advisor Staff!! She is from Mobile, Alabama & over our Reading Course in our Goggle Classroom Curriculum. Trinitius received a Degree in Education from Bishop State Community College in 2004. She's certified to teach Early Childhood, Early Childhood Special Education, and Elementary Education. Trinitius Smith has been teaching for 10 years.
She have a true passion for working with our Young Parents!! Helping each Parent progress in all areas of their development—academic, social, language, and motor—is a challenge that she is honored to accept daily.
Mrs. Kita Gates Baby & Me
Mrs. Kita Gates is so excited to be a part of the Ambitiously Him Her- King Foundation family!
This is her 15th year doing what she loves. Realizing teaching was her passion & purpose shes now the owner of Divine Adventures Academy Online ages 3-6(Enroll Your Child Today). Mrs. Gates also tutors Pre-K through 5th grade. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary from University of South Alabama in 2006. Interdisciplinary Studies specializing in Early Childhood Education as well.
Mrs. Gates has vowed to serve Youth in her Community by being the Baby & Me Curriculum Advisor over our Goggle Classroom Curriculum with our Young Parents. She is determined to educate Young Parents on their children Milestones and appropriate skills as a Parent.
Bri Scott Financial Literacy
Honored to be a part of Ambitiously Him Her- King Foundation Family; Bri Scott is a Mobile, AL native that was raised in the Atlanta, GA area. She strives to ensure that the generational curse of poverty and lack is broken, NOW! Youth have a major roadblock without financial goals and understanding, changing this holds a special place in Bri's heart. She desires nothing more than to show people how to take what they have and create what they want.
Just a few months shy of a Bachelor's in Accounting and a goal to get a Master's in Finance, Bri is determined to absorb all the knowledge she can and pull those up around her. Each one, teach one! Let's get more than money, lets create wealth and leave a legacy!
Bri Scott is our Curriculum Advisor over the Financial Stability Course within our Google Classroom Curriculum because she has vowed to make a Difference.
Ms. P Parenting Skills
Latonya Patterson Founder/Director of Ambitiously Him Her- King Foundation is a naturally gifted intuitive who has committed her life to being a healer of the heart, mind, body and soul. Her passion is to touch the heart of those she encounters and to teach them how to consciously create their life through the understanding that every thought, word or action shifts the energy in their field and creates their destiny.
Breaking Generational Curses is definitely her Mission.
Ms. P field of study includes training and certification in various concentrations such as Spiritual Counseling, Crystal Healing Practitioner, & Holistic Herbalist.
Additionally, in 2001 she was certified in Early Childhood Development & in 2008 Certified Nursing Assistant along with other Certifications that fall under the umbrella of managing our Youth & being a Positive Mentor and Youth Activist.
She's currently the Curriculum Advisor for Parenting Skills Course under our Goggle Classroom Curriculum.
Anitra Jarreau Healthy Parenting
Anitra Jarreau is proud to be a part of Ambitiously Him Her- King Foundation family. Anitra is the co-owner of We Click Wellness, LLC. and the founder of the Diva Werks Unlimited service program. The purpose of these programs is to promote health and wellness through physical fitness, self care awareness, and team building activities.
Anitra is a Registered nurse, nurse educator, community health advocate and a certified group fitness Instructor. She conducts a 5 am fit camp Monday- Friday. The Fit camp is called the "Fit Click". We Click Wellness is a full service wellness program, that serves clients of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
We Click Wellness' mission is to inspire, motivate, encourage our members to be their best self. We also love to share the gift of wellness in the community by conducting wellness presentations and participating in community health events. Through the Diva Werks service program, Anitra hosts annual Denim and Pearls fundraiser for nursing scholarship, provides exam survival kits to nursing students and provide caregiver support to selected families.
Anitra also serves as a school nurse in the Mobile County School System, works as a community healthcare advocate with various organizations and serves as a nurse educator in nursing education. Anitra's goals through her work is to bridge the gap in health disparities in the community, increase the health literacy in minority groups and promote universal healing through self care.
Anitra is proud to be the Health Education Curriculum Advisor over our Goggle Classroom Curriculum.
